The Personhood Movement, Establishing the Right to Life for ALL Unborn Children thru Personhood

Personhood is a new and rapidly growing movement within the Pro-Life Community that seeks to establish a legal definition of a person that includes unborn children, thus making killing an unborn child a crime punishable under existing murder laws.

Since 2005 the march for establishing constitutional personhood for unborn children has been advancing. Pro-Life Dave began work on state Personhood Amendments in 2004 and is considered the founding father of the Personhood Movement. He introduced the first ever state Personhood Amendment (aka Human Life Amendment) back in 2005.
